Quantifying the carbon footprint of conference travel: the case of NMR meetings

By reviewing attendee lists of 10 MR (magnetic resonance) meetings over the last year, the authors estimate the climate footprint of conferences and explore possibilities to reduce it. This paper will facilitate discussions about possible actions the community may take.
